Ghislaine Maxwell Appeals Conviction for Sex Trafficking

Ghislaine Maxwell, a socialite-turned-sex trafficker who received a 20-year prison sentence last week, is currently appealing her conviction.

On December 29, 2021, the 60-year-old woman was found guilty of a number of sex trafficking offenses alongside Jeffrey Epstein, her former lover, protector, and wealthy benefactor.

The socialite and the billionaire pedophile came up with a plan to transport young women and minors across the globe to have sex with Epstein and his wealthy friends.

Maxwell’s attorney, Bobbi Sternheim, submitted an appeal notice to the federal court in Manhattan on Thursday.

Wire services claim that Maxwell’s legal team has neglected to submit a brief outlining her appellate arguments.

Previous arguments from the “pimp” who was born in the manor claimed that some of her victims were of legal age and present in the places where the sexual encounters took place.

Maxwell also requested that her conviction be overturned because one of the jurors failed to disclose that he had been the victim of sexual abuse.

Judge Alison Nathan scuttled those earlier legal gambits. Additionally, Maxwell complained that she served as a proxy for the evil Epstein, who was discovered dead in his New York City jail cell in August 2019.

An incident where women were asked to remove their tops and bras and show their breasts to men is revealed in the new documentary Ghislaine Maxwell: The Making of a Monster.

The 1980s Oxford party’s guest Nicola Glucksmann said she felt betrayed. The publishing heiress was described as “very beautiful, charming, entertaining, but slightly manic,” by the speaker.

Throughout dinner, she appeared to be looking around the room for something. “She was scanning the room throughout dinner as if she was looking for something. Suddenly, she announced that it was time for games, and left the room, appearing again in a moment holding several scarves,” according to Glucksmann in the documentary.

“[Maxwell] explained that she was going to give each of the men a blindfold and they were to blindfold themselves. Then the women were to take off their tops and bras and present their breasts to the men, and then the men would feel the breasts and make an attempt to match the breast by weight and cup size to the woman who was attached to the breasts.”

Maxwell, according to Glucksmann, was unconcerned by the situation.

She remarked that “if a man had suggested it, I don’t think the women would have done it, and that the incident had left her wondering about Maxwell. It appeared to reveal a very strange attitude both toward the men around her and toward herself as a woman.
